Connect with other spiritual caregivers.

Get Reacquainted with your foundational lineages.

Leave relaxed, refreshed, and reconnected to Source.

If you spend your days caring for the hearts and spirits of others, let us spend a day caring for you!

We will begin and end our day with Heart Coherence. Lead by Diana Maria Chapin of The Healing Garden, this practice helps to connect and regulate the rhythms of the heart, brain, and nervous system and bring them into sync.

Dr. Vaishali Mamgain will fill out the morning with her keynote which touches on profound questions about how we navigate our inner worlds and our collective responsibilities in tumultuous times. How are we to be? What is ours to do? Are we allowed to cry, to love, to grieve, to laugh, to live…without feeling that we have abandoned our kin who are suffering?

As spiritual activists, can we reconcile the internal dissonance of bearing witness without “fixing,” of being cognizant of broken systems, and not giving into despair?

How do we stay tapped into the vision and ever-present realness of love, kindness, and humor, without succumbing to escapism. Yet another challenge is the conforming pressures of “one world-ing,” believing, often implicitly, that there is a singular homogenous vision for the world.

In her keynote address Dr. Vaishali Mamgain addresses these tensions and frames them in the context of compassion, the pluriverse, and lineage! She will also invite participants to engage in small groups- to bear witness to each other, to elicit stories, and call in the collective wisdom and love of the community.

If you are joining us in person, you will enjoy an extended lunch from St. Joseph's well-equipped cafeteria, followed by your choice of two engaging breakout sessions. Each session is thoughtfully designed to foster deep connections and meaningful conversations, all while you take in the serene beauty of St. Joseph's campus, situated on the picturesque banks of Sebago Lake.

We aim for you to leave feeling refreshed, reenergized, and reconnected to your inner self!

To ensure everyone can participate, we are offering admission on a sliding scale. If you’re in a position to support others, please consider paying the full price and adding a donation to Spiritual Care Services of Maine with your ticket purchase.

For those who can’t attend in person, we will live stream the morning session, including Dr. Mamgain's keynote address.
